Delete your account and shared data

You can delete an Us, Actually account from inside the app. This removes the account and the cloud data connected to it.

Delete from the app

Open Us, Actually and choose Settings.
Open Account and data.
Choose Delete account, then confirm the deletion.

If the account belongs to a paired couple, deletion also removes the couple workspace and shared synced content. The other person will need to pair again if they continue using cloud features.

What is deleted

The cloud account and authentication identity
Couple membership, pairing codes, and consent settings
Synced answers, reveals, planned dates, memories, and appreciation notes
Notification tokens and attributable feedback or suggestions

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting the app account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase records required for billing, fraud prevention, tax, and legal obligations.

If you cannot open the app

Email lillilkidssongs@gmail.com from the email connected to the account and request account deletion. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before deleting data.
